1. Start a New Site Walk
Begin by defining your site. Locate and tap the "+ Add" button found in the top right corner of your main dashboard. You'll be prompted to enter a Job Name and define the site walk parameters.
2. Professional Data Capture
SiteWalks is designed for efficient field documentation. You can capture two types of vital data for every finding:
- Voice Audio: Simply tap record and narrate your observations. Our AI Brain automatically transcribes your audio and provides actionable recommendations in the final report.
- 5 Image Support: You can upload up to 5 high-resolution photos for every item to provide undeniable visual evidence.
3. Add Contextual Captions
Clarity is key. For every image uploaded, you have the opportunity to add an optional caption. These notes appear directly beneath the photo in the final PDF, ensuring stakeholders understand exactly what they are looking at.
4. Generate & Distribute
Once your walkthrough is complete, review your summary and click the "Generate PDF" button at the bottom of the screen. SiteWalks will instantly compile your report and email it directly to your registered address.
Account Sign-In Requirements
SiteWalks uses Magic Link authentication for instant, passwordless access. For the most reliable experience, please sign in with a Google or Microsoft personal account.
Business email servers occasionally filter or delay Magic Links before they arrive. Using a personal Gmail or Outlook account ensures your login links and PDF reports land in your inbox every time.

SiteWalks Inc. is committed to securing your professional inspection data. This policy details how we collect, store, and utilize information captured during your field walks. We understand that your findings are proprietary and sensitive.
2. Information Collection
We collect Gmail or Hotmail addresses strictly for account authentication via Magic Links. We store the content you capture, including voice audio files, transcribed text findings, and high-resolution digital images. Metadata (timestamps, device ID) is collected to maintain system integrity and ensure report accuracy.
3. AI Processing Standards
Voice recordings are transmitted via encrypted channels to our secure AI processing partners for transcription. We retain proprietary ownership for the user; we do not use your specific inspection findings to train public AI models without your explicit, written consent.
4. Data Ownership & Security
You own all content generated within SiteWalks. We store data on secure, industry-standard cloud servers with restricted access. We do not sell user data to third-party advertisers. You may request account deletion and total data wiping at any time by contacting support.

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, you enter into a binding legal agreement with SiteWalks Inc. regarding the use of our field inspection tools and AI services. You agree to use the service in compliance with all local laws and privacy regulations.
2. Subscriptions & Automatic Billing
The Standard Plan is $19.99/mo. We provide a 7-day free trial for new users. If the trial is not cancelled before expiration, your provided payment method will be charged automatically for the first month. All fees are non-refundable once processed.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SiteWalks only for lawful professional documentation. You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consent to record audio or take photos in private facilities. Unauthorized surveillance or recording of non-consenting individuals is strictly prohibited.
4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
SiteWalks uses AI for transcription and categorizing data. While highly precise, AI may misinterpret technical findings or environmental noise. **SiteWalks provides reports "as is" and does not guarantee 100% accuracy.** Users must verify all PDF data before commercial or legal distribution.
